Disputes such as oppression and mismanagement (Sections 241 and 242), and insolvency proceedings under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, are heard by the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), with appeals to the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal.
